About The Position
Are you experienced in customer service and looking for career advancements? Then we are looking for you! Come be a part of our lively Customer Care team as we take incoming calls to assist our customers with inquiries and help resolve any concerns! Our ideal Customer Care Associate should have previous experience in a call center or financial branch setting and a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate. To be a successful Customer Care Associate, we are looking for an ethical, hardworking, and goal-oriented team member with the ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in difficult and sensitive situations. Our Customer Care Unit cannot wait to meet our new team member!
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or financial branch setting
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate
- Ethical, hardworking, and goal-oriented team member
- Ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in difficult and sensitive situations
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members or third parties in order to resolve their issues or concerns
- Providing feedback and offering suggestions to management about areas for improvement related to processes and efficiencies
- Obtaining and delivering knowledge on company policies and procedures
