Comfort handling occasional upset customers calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage customer communication
De-escalate concerns professionally and help resolve issues
Support service and sales departments with administrative coordination
Maintain accurate notes, follow-up, and organization throughout the day
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer care experiences
