About The Position

Benzinger’s Clothing Care is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Care Associate for its Southtowns locations in East Aurora, Lancaster, or Orchard Park. The role involves assisting customers with clothing and other items, processing orders, organizing completed orders, and maintaining a neat, welcoming store. The position is seeking candidates who want to work 20 hours per week or more and can work closing shifts from 1:00–6:00 p.m.; workdays are flexible. Approximately 120 hours of paid training are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Check incoming items into the customer system.
• Organize completed orders for customer pick-up.
• Keep the store neat, organized, and welcoming.

Benefits

• $18.00 per hour starting wage.
• $300 sign-on bonus, paid in installments of $100 at 30, 60, and 90 days.
