About The Position
Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Care Associate to support our sales and service teams by helping customers over the phone and creating a positive experience from the very first interaction. If you are friendly, organized, and comfortable talking with people throughout the day, this could be a great long-term opportunity. No automotive experience required—we provide training.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Familiarity with Service Price Guides and estimating repair costs
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
