Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly compliance reports that involves reconciliation.
- Weekly suspend auditing.
- Entry level financials.
- Communicating directly with California state agencies, clients, customers, subcontractors.
- Review operations and financial records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Audit subcontractor documents for compliance of service level agreements, performance standards, and contract requirements.
- Compare different sets of data and resolve discrepancies, adjust entries, generate reports, or communicate with other departments or external parties to resolve any issues.
- Work with financial and operations reports or other documents that need to be reconciled.
