Requirements

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time.
  • Be innovative and think on the fly.
  • Know how to have fun and work hard!
  • Live the company values: Big-hearted, Tenacious, Unconventional, Better together!

Nice To Haves

  • Call Center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly.
  • Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries.
  • Help process international orders needing extra documentation.
  • Fixing print problems and releasing held orders.
  • All around problem solving.
