About The Position

As a customer care associate, you will collaborate with the customer care team on solutions to make amazing happen. You’ll aid our customers and resolve any outstanding issues. The customer care associate role is based out of our Vancouver, BC office. Join our collaborative team as a contact center support associate!

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (e-mail and phone)
  • Highly skilled in customer escalations in similar retail and web retail services
  • 1-2 years providing exceptional customer service.
  • General computer literacy

Responsibilities

  • Provide world class customer service.
  • Transact and book services and add-ons for customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers over phone and email while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Partner with our Home Delivery team and gain insight on operations and logistics.
  • Have a direct impact on brand image.
