About The Position

This is both an in-store and in-market role. The Customer Care and Wholesale Sales Representative will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Receive and process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing wholesale customers.
  • Actively promote new products, promotions, and special offers to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new wholesale accounts.
  • Actively identify new customers within the market and cultivate relationships leading to sales opportunities.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for a positive resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Analyze reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.
