The Customer Business Lead will manage one of Mondelēz’s fastest growing multi-pack segments within the Walmart Biscuit team, which represents over $2 billion in annual sales. This role will support key brands like Ritz, Triscuit, Wheat Thins, and other powerhouse cracker brands. The position involves building and leading strategic relationships with Walmart headquarters, creating joint business plans for long-term growth, and delivering category and customer results across revenue, share, distribution, shelving, new item authorizations, and pricing. The role requires developing and executing customer business plans by translating marketplace trends, customer insights, and performance data into actionable growth strategies. It also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to align priorities, improve forecast accuracy, and support annual business planning, as well as creating compelling presentations to influence decisions and drive business growth.
