In this role, you'll connect with customers who have already expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, answer their questions, and schedule appointments with our sales team. Requirements

  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
  • Reliable and detail-oriented

  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
  • Answer questions and provide helpful information about our vehicles and dealership
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom
  • Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to come in
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
