About The Position

If so, our Customer Adviser role could be the perfect fit for you. Utilising your outstanding people skills, you will be engaging with our customers on a daily basis, taking the time to listen and really understand their financial needs and goals. Every day is different, from opening and setting up the tills ready for the working day ahead, making customer appointments, processing customer transactions at the counter, assisting in the opening of savings accounts to cashing up and closing at the end of the day! But, amongst all of the busy day to day duties, taking the time to get the kettle on and have a cuppa with your colleagues is also very important to us!

Responsibilities

  • Opening and setting up the tills ready for the working day ahead
  • Making customer appointments
  • Processing customer transactions at the counter
