About The Position

This role is for a Customer Acquisition Specialist, partnered with The Acquisition Group and TELUS Communications. The Acquisition Group focuses on developing talent through structured training, hands-on coaching, and daily team support, with teams growing across Canada. The role involves representing TELUS Communications, engaging with customers through direct community outreach, identifying needs, recommending solutions, building trust, and working towards performance goals with ongoing feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday or minimum 4 days from Monday to Saturday
• No previous sales experience required. We hire for attitude and potential and provide the training needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Represent TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group
• Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach
• Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions
• Build trust through professional, respectful conversations
• Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals
• Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve
