Requirements

  • Career experience or bachelor's degree will be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization including diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, and sound decision-making.
  • Strong work and personal ethics.
  • Proven Account management experience
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Expert at Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of orders and shipments
  • Schedule, track, communicate with transportation groups
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Drive profitable growth with current and new customers, focusing on regional customers.
  • Be the primary interface for the customer within the Company; engage other internal departments and management with Customer meetings to meet Company objectives.
  • Lead external communications to the Customer from other internal functions including Quality, Operations, and Technical.
  • Make recommendations and implement price changes and new contract/agreements.
  • Develop and monitor Sales Forecasts and communicate changes to Leadership.
  • Participate in internal meetings and trainings.
  • Reviewing account activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales or retain existing customers.
  • Working with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaison between the customer and internal teams
