About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Account Specialist position at our New Castle, PA plant. The role involves managing the daily information flow with a customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers, processing orders, and assisting through the supply chain from warehouse to order fulfillment. The specialist will also work with account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data, and monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date with the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams. The company is a stable, growing, environmentally conscious, publicly traded company and a Fortune 500 packaging company with a global presence.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management
• Excellent communication skill, both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office

Responsibilities
