Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers
  • Comfortable handling multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

  • Cash-handling experience is a plus
  • Experience in construction, roofing, building materials, or a related industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs
  • Conduct outbound outreach to existing and prospective customers
  • Support account growth through relationship building and customer retention
  • Prepare and communicate quotes to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the ordering and fulfillment process
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account activity
  • Develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers and recommend solutions
  • Support branch revenue goals through account management and customer engagement
