About The Position

WYN Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Customer Account Manager to support business development, client engagement, and account growth across consulting, project services, workforce solutions, IT support, and operational service offerings. This role will focus heavily on developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating customer needs internally, and helping drive operational growth across multiple service lines. The Customer Account Manager will serve as a bridge between customers, leadership, recruiting operations, and project delivery teams to ensure a high level of communication, execution, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, business-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where relationship management and execution matter equally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in: Account Management, Business Development, Client Services, Consulting Coordination, Staffing, IT Services, or B2B Sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in fast-paced service-based environments
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with client-facing communication and business development activities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and business communication tools
  • Self-starter with strong execution and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for consulting services, project support, technical services, staffing solutions, and operational partnerships
  • Generate new business through networking, outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, client meetings, and strategic follow-up
  • Assist with proposals, client presentations, service discussions, and solution development
  • Build long-term client partnerships focused on retention, expansion, and service excellence
  • Represent WYN Consultants professionally in meetings, networking events, and customer interactions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain regular communication regarding project updates, staffing needs, operational support, and service performance
  • Manage customer concerns, escalations, and service-related issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Coordinate internally to ensure client deliverables and expectations are being met
  • Conduct routine client check-ins and relationship reviews
  • Maintain detailed account activity, communication notes, and pipeline updates
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting operations regarding open positions, hiring priorities, candidate feedback, and workforce planning
  • Work with leadership and delivery teams to align customer expectations with execution capabilities
  • Support onboarding coordination, scheduling, and customer communication when needed
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational workflow organization
  • Help ensure smooth communication between customers, recruiting, project teams, and leadership
  • Monitor client trends, market opportunities, and industry needs
  • Help identify areas for service expansion and operational improvement
  • Support leadership with reporting, forecasting, customer insights, and growth initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of WYN Consultants’ service offerings and value proposition
