Customer Account Executive - K-12, EdTech

Securly
•$90,000 - $130,000•Remote

About The Position

This role is for a Customer Account Executive focused on the K-12 EdTech market. The primary responsibility is to drive cross-sell revenue within an assigned territory of existing K-12 customers who already use Securly. The goal is to help these districts expand their protection by adopting additional Securly products they do not currently have. The role involves two main approaches: a one-to-many strategy for small districts using scaled sequences, webinars, and bundled offers, and a high-touch approach for mid-size and large districts involving personalized outreach, account plans, and multi-stakeholder engagement. The Account Executive will carry a quota, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and report to the SVP. Collaboration with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Channel Partners is expected. Success is measured by building pipeline, closing deals across multiple product lines and customer segments, achieving forecast accuracy, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota. The company provides structured onboarding, coaching, and a clear path for career growth into Senior AE, Senior CSM, or other GTM roles.
