About The Position

Skill Struck helps schools teach computer science and AI through engaging, accessible curriculum and software, with a focus on equity in education. AI and Digital Readiness is a growing area in school districts and we are preparing students for a changing workforce. We're looking for an Account Executive to help our mission reach more students. It's a full-cycle, remote sales role working an existing territory to build new relationships with school district officials. Candidates must live in one of the following states: CA, FL, NC, OK, TX, UT.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years experience selling K-12
Desire to make an impact in the lives of underserved students
Self-motivated and tenacious
Effective communicator
Growth mindset and ownership mentality
Willing to adapt in a fast-paced start-up
Problem-solver

Responsibilities

Cold outreach and full-cycle selling to create new relationships with school district officials in your territory
Travel throughout the year to visit school districts in person and better understand their needs
Work with local governments to understand the status of computer science and AI education in your region, and what funding is available for schools
Work closely with a Customer Success Manager to renew and expand existing customer accounts
Directly increase the reach of a deeply impactful product to under-served students
