About The Position

The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for responding to internal and external customer inquiries, processing customer orders for offset printing and related services, and ensuring artwork files and job specifications are accurate and complete. This role involves entering orders into the company's management information system SAP (Kiwi), coordinating project timelines with production and shipping departments, and communicating production status, schedule changes, and delivery updates to customers. The coordinator will also generate work orders and production documentation, assist customers with product selection, paper choices, and printing methods, and provide quotes while reviewing estimates and pricing information. Additionally, the position requires resolving customer concerns, quality issues, and delivery challenges professionally and promptly, monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met, and maintaining accurate customer records and job files. The role supports sales by providing administrative and customer support, identifies opportunities for additional products and services, and ensures compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures. General administrative tasks and other assigned duties will also be performed.
