About The Position

The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for responding to internal and external customer inquiries, processing customer orders for offset printing and related services, and ensuring artwork files and job specifications are accurate and complete. This role involves entering orders into the company's management information system SAP (Kiwi), coordinating project timelines with production and shipping departments, and communicating production status, schedule changes, and delivery updates to customers. The coordinator will also generate work orders, assist customers with product selection and printing methods, provide quotes, and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Additionally, the role requires monitoring project progress, maintaining accurate customer records, supporting sales through administrative and customer support, identifying opportunities for additional products and services, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. General administrative tasks are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Five years of customer relations experience; preferably 2+ years industry specific
  • Experience in commercial printing, offset printing, packaging, or manufacturing
  • Experience working with printing terminology and production processes
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Preferred SAP (Kiwi) experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records and job files.
  • Support sales by providing administrative and customer support.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Performs general administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned.
