The Customer Account Coordinator will communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform other activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping. This role requires a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and collaboration with production staff to achieve on-time customer deliveries. The coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple accounts of small to medium customers with high complexity. Key duties include taking customer orders, placing purchase orders for materials and supplies for production, communicating with customers regarding order status, quotations, changes, and confirmations, processing purchase orders, coordinating account credits, and maintaining customer data. The role also involves working with production staff and utilizing systems to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
