Requirements

• 1+ years experience with carpentry, electrical, or automotive work
• Can operate shop tools confidently (table saw, drill press, grinders, etc.)
• Reads technical drawings and installation instructions
• Thrives on problem-solving and attention to detail
• Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company

Nice To Haves

• CNC experience
• Vehicle maintenance knowledge
• LEAN manufacturing background

Responsibilities

• Transform empty cargo vans into fully functional mobile homes and offices.
• Install external accessories like roof racks, ladders, lights, winches, suspension systems.
• Install solar systems and lithium batteries.
• Install custom cabinetry and electrical systems.
• Cut body panels for windows and vents.
• Diagnose and repair complex 12V and 110V systems.
• Solve build puzzles and challenges.
