We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer (Lead) to join our team and support a client in the Northern VA area. You will collaborate closely with our client to develop a web-based, end-to-end application that supports their mission, working within an Agile Software Development environment. Your role will involve understanding the client's production environment, evaluating requirements, and leading a team to develop a solution that meets their mission needs.

Requirements

5 years of experience in software engineering/development, specifically using C/C++, Java or Python
Experience in full stack/end-to-end software development
Experience working in an Agile Development environment
Experience with Git (version control) and Jira (issue tracking)
Formal or informal leadership experience
Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance and a willingness to sit for a polygraph

Experience in a client facing position
