  • Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Background supporting products or platforms used across multiple clients or internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee delivery across multiple concurrent software projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Remain hands‑on as needed, providing technical guidance, architecture input, and problem‑solving support to the team.

  • Establish and lead code review practices that promote quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers spanning a range of experience levels.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management as the team grows.
  • Coach team members on technical excellence, career development, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Establish and continuously improve development operations including CI/CD pipelines, release practices, and production support workflows.
  • Partner with Product, Data, Consulting, and Advisory stakeholders to translate business needs into well‑defined technical solutions.
