You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone
Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies
A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch
Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service
Must be 21 years of age or older
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Possess a guard card or license preferred.
Have customer service experience preferred.
Possess CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including following established procedures for alarms, access concerns, and facility disruptions.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities clearly and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
