About The Position

As a Custom Product Consultant/Buyer at Fiserv, you will build customer and vendor relationships and ensure the optimal delivery of materials to print production sites. You will work with clients, internal departments, distributors, and suppliers to gather information, quote and manage orders, and provide professional client support. You will also coordinate shipments of raw materials and help maintain inventory levels so production is not halted.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
• Prior experience interacting with internal and external clients at all levels.
• Client-facing experience supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of buying experience and pricing negotiations.
• Previous experience with Acrobat, Oracle, MMS, SAP, and XO Flow.
• At least 3 years of experience in continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Experience with print or design.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks to provide professional client support and satisfaction.
• Communicate with personnel at all levels within client organizations, including high-level executives.
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships, building trust and credibility.
• Coordinate shipments of raw materials to print production sites and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to avoid halting production.
