About The Position

The Custom Itinerary Planner assists clients with planning premium leisure travel, including luxury resorts, cruises, private tours, villas, and customized vacation experiences. The role involves understanding each client's preferences, goals, and budget; researching travel options; designing personalized itineraries; coordinating reservations; and providing customer support before, during, and after travel. The position is remote and offers a flexible schedule. It is an independent contractor role, with compensation earned on eligible travel bookings. No prior travel industry experience is required; training is provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget.
Research luxury resorts, hotels, cruises, villas, and premium travel experiences.
Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
Coordinate reservations with travel suppliers and industry partners.
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, accommodations, and travel options.
Maintain organized client records and booking documentation.
Deliver professional customer support before, during, and after travel.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
