Requirements

• Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) level expertise in custom HBM architecture and design.
• Experience in architecture definition and circuit innovation.
• Experience in physical design.
• Experience in silicon validation.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Partnership with technology development, process integration, packaging, and test teams.
