This position focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The team member will assist customers in shopping the store and finding desired items, while also ensuring a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. Key activities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embracing personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and drive sales, completing framing orders with quality and timeliness, and maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. The role also involves delivering friendly customer service, supporting shrink and safety programs, interacting positively with others, participating in truck unloads and stocking, operating the cash register, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
