This is a part-time Custom Framer position where you will act as a Personal Designer. Your main responsibilities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, executing company policies, and embracing the personal designer role to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions. You will be responsible for completing framing orders with high quality and on time, maintaining the ready-made frame department, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves participating in truck un-loads and stocking, operating the cash register, and assisting with Omni channel processes. The work environment is a public retail store setting, with some stock rooms potentially not being climate-controlled. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
