About The Position

Art of Drawers is looking for part-time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service. Art of Drawers creates joyful, inspirational experiences for our clients through custom-crafted pull-out drawers and storage solutions to fit in existing cabinets. By designing and installing pull-out drawers and other organizational solutions, we give our customers more space, more organization, and frustration-free access to the items they use every day. We are growing and looking to hire people-oriented craftsmen and women to build relationships and install our organizational solutions. We provide the training, and you provide the passion and motivation.

Requirements

• Skilled craftsman who knows how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level.
• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.
• Professional, punctual, customer-respectful demeanor.
• Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines.
• Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly.
• Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product.

Nice To Haves

• Cabinet refacing or related experience is a plus as our offerings continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Install custom-crafted pull-out drawers and storage solutions into existing cabinets.
• Provide a platinum level of service to clients.
• Identify issues early and communicate clearly.
• Deliver and install product.
