About The Position

The Custom Coordinator provides administrative support to the Custom team, including the coordination and preparation of purchase orders, production and inventory reports, and other customer specific information.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years apparel industry customer service, administrative and/or operational support experience
  • A high proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong business orientation and analytical aptitude
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively and clearly
  • Self-starter and information seeker

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Developers with customer service-related reports and initiatives, including the writing of purchase orders and other documents needed to support the sales process.
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to the Custom Department, including data entry, file maintenance, and calendar management.
  • Assist in orchestrating customer and team meetings and events; duties include scheduling/booking rooms, catering, and preparing presentations/booklets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
