Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Custom Cabinet Builders / Carpenters for projects located in or around Afton, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Building custom cabinetry
Detailed finish work
Executing builds based on experience & skill (not step-by-step prints)
Ensuring top-quality finishes & attention to detail on all work
Collaborating with a team that values quality, pride in work & culture

Requirements

• Must have a strong background in custom cabinetry or high end woodworking
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have proven experience with detailed finish-level work & trim
• Must have solid problem solving skills & craftsmanship mindset
• Must have own hand tools (power tools provided)
• Must have a positive attitude & strong work ethic
