About The Position

Village Handcrafted Cabinetry is a family-owned and operated custom cabinetry company with 3 decades of experience. We are known for our award-winning work, excellent customer service, and premium installation department. As a Cabinet Builder, you will be responsible for constructing custom cabinetry or trim.

Requirements

• Cabinetry knowledge/experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize basic carpentry hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow architectural or shop drawings accurately.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times per day.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work under time constraints effectively.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience in all phases of cabinetry building.
• Knowledge and possession of carpentry hand tools.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing cabinetry shop equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking and reliable.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Constructing custom cabinetry or trim.
• Utilizing basic carpentry hand tools and machinery.
• Reading, interpreting, and following architectural or shop drawings accurately.
• Building high-end cabinetry from architectural or shop drawings.
• Completing all assigned jobs in a timely manner.
• Working well with others in a team environment.
• Working under time constraints effectively.
• Performing other tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Being detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
