Requirements

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
• Embody commitment to success and reflect company culture.
• Have or be willing to develop basic technical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Custom application experience
• Class A CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely during the field application of agricultural products.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
• Cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
