About The Position
AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors, operating a variety of agricultural equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you'll receive paid in-house CDL and equipment training, work both independently and as part of a team, and support agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. With a variety of responsibilities that change throughout the week and across seasons, this position offers diverse, hands-on work and opportunities to develop new skills while serving local customers. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
- Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.
