About The Position
AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable and motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors, operating agricultural equipment, and providing outstanding service to customers. In this role, you'll receive paid, in-house CDL and equipment training while gaining hands-on experience across agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. You'll have the opportunity to work both independently and alongside a team, with a variety of responsibilities that change throughout the week and season, making each day unique and rewarding. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
- Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check
