About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to join their team as a Custom Applicator & Operations. This role involves working outdoors, operating various agricultural equipment, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers in-house paid training for CDL and equipment operation, opportunities for independent and team-based work, and assistance with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments will vary based on the season and weekly needs. Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agriculture equipment.
