About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team. This role involves working outdoors, operating various agricultural equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers in-house paid training for a CDL with endorsements and equipment operation. Responsibilities will vary based on seasonal demands and may include assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agriculture equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
