About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors, operating various agriculture equipment, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves receiving in-house paid CDL and equipment training, working both independently and as part of a team, and assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments will vary throughout the week and across different seasons. Requirements

Strong work ethic
Self-starting skills
Teamwork skills
Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
Able to lift up to 75 pounds
Able to stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
Must be at least 18 years old
Have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check

Responsibilities

Operating a variety of agriculture equipment
Providing exceptional customer service
Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations
