About The Position

AGRILAND FS is a growing and financially stable organization that strives to meet customer needs. As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you will help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at the Hedrick location. This role involves operating and maintaining application and support equipment, assisting with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations, providing responsive customer service, and completing physical tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check

Nice To Haves

• CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)
