Custom Applicator & Operations
About The Position
As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location. Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
- Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
- Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain application and support equipment
- Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
- Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
- Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, reaching)
