About The Position

Technology & Information Architectures – Custom Application Architect. This role acts as the cognitive lead, triage point, and backlog owner for all inbound feature requests, issues, and released changes related to Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex. The architect will own prioritization and escalation for this workstream, deciding what gets worked on next and escalating blockers as needed. A key part of the role involves staying informed about releases from Anthropic and OpenAI (new models, feature releases, deprecations, breaking changes) and proactively addressing potential impacts. The position also involves recommending process improvements and providing hands-on, high-volume execution across different non-production and production environments. The primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day operational work on the specified platforms, including configuration, access/licensing, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Acts as cognitive lead / triage point / backlog owner for all inbound feature requests, issues, and released changes across Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex.
  • Owns prioritization and escalation for the workstream, deciding what gets worked next and escalating blockers as needed.
  • Stays on top of what Anthropic and OpenAI ship (new models, feature releases, deprecations, breaking changes) and gets ahead of the impact when possible before it lands on the team.
  • Recommends process improvement as needed.
  • Provides governance and close engagement over engineers.
  • Performs meticulous, detail-oriented, hands-on, high-volume execution through different non-prod and prod environments.
  • Cranks through day-to-day operational work on the four platforms: config, access/licensing, troubleshooting, testing, keeping them running smoothly.
