In this position, you’ll be based in the Minneapolis, MN office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. As our Custody Operations Specialist II, you will be accountable for the execution of all applicable risk programs which will include effectively following and adhering to applicable policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues and making sound risk decisions.

Responsibilities

Ensure team members are fully productive by providing feedback when necessary.
Look for efficiencies and improvements to processes and make recommendations to management.
Comply with Information Security and Records Management Policies.
Demonstrate job relevant knowledge and essential skills to meet expectations and competencies.
Assess and provide analysis of reports requested by management accurately and on time.
Identify and support efforts to drive operational excellence, which reduce team member and customer pain points, as well as unnecessary cost.
