About The Position

A Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding grounds. Their duties include vacuuming floors, sanitizing restroom facilities, and collecting trash to ensure the building occupants have a clean space.

Requirements

• Must be able to multitask efficiently and effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
• Occasional lifting, standing, crawling, reaching, use of stairs
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Pass Background Check
• Pass Drug Test
• 21 Years-Old or Older

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash cans
• Dusting all surfaces
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
• Washing windows
• Maintaining a thorough inventory
• Accurately complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Follow directives from supervisor/manager
• Proactively seek additional work and provide status updates to supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
