About The Position

This position works with a lead person/supervisor to facilitate smooth daily operations. The custodian may be required to work at multiple sites and must be flexible to respond to changing priorities and handle changing workflow. The role requires standing and walking for scheduled shifts, with occasional lifting of 50 to 75 pounds and frequent lifting of 25 pounds. Responsibilities include working at elevated levels and performing various tasks such as emergency cleanups, construction cleanups, and room set-ups.

Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Must be organized, efficient, and able to work independently and/or in a team setting.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks within work shift.
Shift assignments may be altered to accommodate departmental/customer services.
Must be flexible to respond to changing priorities and handle changing workflow.

High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
