About The Position

This Custodian position is located at the Rochester Methodist Campus. The role involves working with a lead person or supervisor to facilitate smooth daily operations. The custodian may be required to work at multiple sites and must be flexible to respond to changing priorities and handle changing workflow. This position requires standing and walking for the entire scheduled shift, with occasional lifting of 50 to 75 pounds and frequent lifting of 25 pounds. Responsibilities include working at elevated levels and performing various tasks such as emergency cleanups, construction cleanups, and room set-ups.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Must be organized, efficient, and able to work independently and/or in a team setting.
• Able to perform multiple tasks within work shift.
• Shift assignments may be altered to accommodate departmental/customer services.
