Job Summary The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and safe environment for our members and employees. In this role, you will perform a variety of cleaning activities, maintain assigned areas according to established standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The Housekeeper helps create a positive environment where our members and staff feel valued and cared for.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Sanitize member areas such as tables, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Remove trash from the facility daily.
• Inspect all rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist the Kitchen Manager with dishwashing and light food preparation as needed to support meal service.
• Properly handle and protect equipment, reporting any deficiencies.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, as well as company policies.
• Complete other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
