About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers. The Custodian will maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant, performing routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, and removing garbage. The role also provides consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director, completes daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, and reports on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director.

Requirements

• CPR certification is required!
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred
