Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, hallways, stairwells and other facility areas
Cleaning and refinishing gym floors as needed
Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets
Cleaning, polishing and dusting of furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
Washing windows, walls, mirrors and other areas
Collecting and disposing of all waste products
Assisting with the relocation of property
Reporting of items requiring repair and/or replacement
Setting up/tearing down areas needed for special events or meetings
Shoveling/plowing snow, sanding/salting walks and steps as needed
Picking up debris outside of building
Working sporting events as needed
Performing all other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager
